Potential fire hazard involving the hand control pendant and associated wiring used with affected beds. Pendant or pendant wiring may overheat, potentially leading to smoking, sparking, melting, burning, or fire. Additional products added to 11/26/2025 recall.

What should I do now?

  2. 2If you have it, stop using it.
  3. 3Return it to your pharmacy or store for a refund.
  4. 4If you already used it and feel unwell, see your doctor immediately.
  5. 5Report adverse effects to the FDA: 1-800-FDA-1088.
